He partner up with another entrepreneur and they decided the best way to help was to find a way to employ these educated, talented and hard-working people. He also paid them in US dollars because the Venezuelan currency would lose it's value very quickly and people could not provide for themselves and their families. He came up with the idea for iWorker, which pairs talent like web design, social media skills, etc. to business who need these skills. Soon he had 7,000 companies on board and over 350 skilled workers, some of whom are now employed by these companies as regular employees via Zoom. His work enabled many of the workers to leave Venezuela to the safety of other countries to live a safe and normal life.
